2019 Ferrari Tribute To Mille Miglia
Wednesday, May 15th – Saturday, May 18th
The Ferrari Tribute to Mille Miglia, a re-enactment for Prancing Horse owners of the world’s most famous endurance road race, will celebrate its thirty-seventh re-enactment Wednesday May 15th, 2019. Crews aboard post-1957 Ferraris will parade their cars down Brescia’s Viale Venezia to open the historic event. The Red Arrow will cross “the heart” of Italy in direction of the Capital, before returning to Brescia on Saturday 18th, after having touched down in Cervia – Milano Marittima, Rome and Bologna.
The Ferrari Tribute to 1000 Miglia follows exactly the same 1500km route as the main race, starting from Brescia and with trial stages in Desenzano del Garda, the Autodromo di Imola, Rome, Florence and the Fiorano Circuit.
Automobiles will be divided into two separate categories base on age including: cars built between 1958 and 1984, and those built from 1984 and the present. Ferraris from all around the world are welcome to apply; Final selection will be conducted by a special committee.
The Ferrari Tribute to 1000 Miglia cars leave a few minutes ahead of their historic counterparts, providing the thousands of enthusiasts that line the route, with an absolutely awesome spectacle.
